AMBER is the color of the syrup according to the Maple Grading Scale and its flavor profile is RICH and delicious. This is the most popular grade of maple syrup and is the best for pancakes, waffles, oatmeal and morning treats. This is your go-to pancake syrup.

You can't have real maple syrup without some amazing pancakes, right? Danielle and Mark worked with a flour mill in the Finger Lakes that is only 12 miles from their farm, to make this sweet cream buttermilk pancake (or waffle) mix for a rich, authentic taste. Made with 3 types of flour, these pancakes are fluffy and light and made with unbleached flour with no synthetic colors or flavors.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Rye Flour, Dextrose, Powdered Buttermilk, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Salt. 

Kosher certified through the Orthodox Union.
