When the season shifts from winter to spring in the Finger Lakes, we fire up the arch and slowly boil the sap from our maple trees into delicious maple syrup. The farm dates back to the mid-1800’s and we proudly steward the land of century old trees while sustainably managing our certified bird-friendly forest.

Maple Grade: DARK | ROBUST

As the maple season progresses, the syrup darkens and takes on a more robust flavor profile. This syrup is hearty in flavor and great with winter squashes, a glaze for meats or veggies. This syrup is dark in color and robust in flavor.

Sugarmaker's Tip: We love pairing Dark | Robust Maple Syrup with smoky and spicy flavors like chipotle peppers and sriracha, drizzling it with balsamic vinegar on burrata or mozzarella, and use it to make maple bourbon old-fashioned.
