Grouse Hill Maple Farm is a micro-maple farm where we make single forest, all-natural maple syrup from our bird-friendly sugarbush, certified by the Audubon Society. Our syrup is 100% pure, unadulterated, unblended, maple syrup boiled over a wood-burning arch. We bottle & label each bottle by hand on the farm without any preservatives, flavoring or coloring. It's just the good stuff in a bottle. 

For the 2024 season, we are offering an Adopt A Maple Tree Program. Join us in support of our budding maple business and get a taste of the sweet tree water (as our nephew Jameson calls it) and other yummy maple confections. 

Perfect for a unique holiday gift, a couples getaway experience in the Finger Lakes or a treat for yourself, we have several levels that you can join in on the fun! 

Love hands-on experiences? Join us for our Tap-to-Table experience, the ultimate learning and tasting experience on the farm that includes a maple-infused brunch and beverages, an interactive farm tour and you'll get to meet your tree and even drink its sap!
