FLX Morning Organic Coffee by Seneca Sunrise Coffee

When we lived in the Finger Lakes, we became friends with Mindi and Jochen, the proprietors and roasters of Seneca Sunrise Coffee in Watkins Glen, NY. They roast ethically-sourced and organic beans from around the world and do an amazing job of roasting flavorful beans. 

When it comes to coffee, there's no doubt about the love that Mark has for it so he teamed up with Mindi to roast us a perfect blend. Enter FLX Morning, a medium roast breakfast blend with notes of wine-infused oak barrels, rich cocoa nibs, creamy crème brulee and a subtle hint of lemon zest aromatics. 

This is the exact same coffee we provide in all of our rentals and guests LOVE it! 

Why Mark loves it? It's his own blend! Through a few trials, he and Mindi nailed down a blend of Ethiopian and Honduras roasted to a medium roast that sits between a wake-me-up and slow-me-down flavor and feel profile.

Why Danielle loves it? The aromas! There's nothing better than smelling these beans that are freshly roasted for us in small batches. Put your nose in the bag and inhale, it's a delight to the senses!
