When the season shifts from winter to spring in the Finger Lakes, we fire up the arch and slowly boil the sap from our maple trees into delicious maple syrup. The farm dates back to the mid-1800’s and we proudly steward the land of century old trees while sustainably managing our certified bird-friendly forest.

Maple Grade: GOLDEN | DELICATE
Golden in color and delicate in taste, this maple syrup is considered the Sugarmaker's Cut. It's the very first syrup that is made in the beginning of the season and is very weather-dependent. Some seasons we can't even make it, so that is why it is considered the best of the best by old-time maple producers. Pure and light, its flavor profile is less maple and more vanilla notes.
Sugarmaker's Tip: We love Golden | Delicate Maple Syrup drizzled on fresh peaches and pears, as a delicate dessert topping or paired with these cheeses: ricotta, mascarpone and cheddar.
