Maple Cream, sometimes called Maple Butter, is made by churning 100% pure maple syrup into a smooth and creamy spread. There is nothing else added to it, just pure maple syrup that has been heated, cooled and whipped to a spreadable consistency.
Delicious on toast and baked goods, drizzled on fresh fruit or as a pretzel dipper; it’s so good, you’ll end up eating it right out of the jar with a spoon!
