Amber: rich and delicious, this is your go-to pancake syrup! Also great over yogurt, oatmeal and ice cream.

Dark: hearty in flavor, great for glazing and roasting veggies and meats and in cocktails. 

Very Dark: distinct maple flavor, best for cooking and baking. Great for BBQ too!
